These are within our catchment area for rental applicants, and we target these locations via mailing shots & displays of our services. We advertise in the salford advertiser covering all these locations and more. Your property would be available on our web site and information will be distributed to interested parties via mailing lists, e-mail, post, and displayed in our lettings area of our newly refurbished open plan offices. Landlords and tenants are invited into the office for a personal interview where we discuss future tenancy agreements and regulations with experienced staff at G.A.P. Viewings can be accompanied and references would be submitted on application. Our fees are extremely competitive, ranging from introductory packages to full management services.
